Thorius is Triagon's Governor, elected by its citizens. He was once a close friend of Emeneas, but, unlike him, Thorius comes from the Galleon family, the bastard lineage of Karnak's royalty. Disregarded by his own ancestors and relatives Thorius had to strenuously work his way up. 

Being at the top of Triagon's administration gives him the chance to bestow legitimacy on his lineage, something only Hector can make possible...
